1. The service

Dental Emergency USA operates a telephone helpline and website that refer callers to independent dental practices offering emergency appointments. We are not a dental practice, do not employ the dentists we refer to, and do not supervise their work.

2. No medical advice

Information on this site and given by operators is general education, not diagnosis or treatment advice. Only a dentist who examines you can advise on your case. If you have difficulty breathing, uncontrolled bleeding or a serious injury, call 911.

3. Appointments and fees

Referrals are free to callers. Appointment times are confirmed by the clinic and may change. Fees are set by the clinic and paid to the clinic. Cost ranges on this site are estimates, not quotes.

4. Partner clinics

We verify that partner dentists hold an active state license at the time they join. Beyond that, we make no warranty about any clinic's services. Complaints about treatment should be directed to the clinic and, if necessary, to the state dental board linked on each state page.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the helpline, submit false information, scrape or copy the website's content, or interfere with its operation.

6. Intellectual property

The content of this website is owned by Dental Emergency USA or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dental Emergency USA is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website or helpline, from the acts or omissions of any clinic we refer you to, or from reliance on information on this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows the current version.
